-Coaches Meeting: Will take place 30 minutes prior to your division start time. ALL TEAMS must have a representative there regardless whether you play first or not. Please also remember that last minute changes can and do happen. We always encourage all teams to be ready to play the first match in case of a last minute change or no show.
–Admission fee (players and coaches ON A TOURNAMENT ROSTER are free, and 11 and under)
–Facilities will be open to in coming TEAMS approximately 45 minutes prior to your divisions start time (pending previous wave finishing and the facility being sanitized properly). Please be patient if the previous wave is still playing. Spectators will be allowed in about 30 minutes before the wave.
-Please be courteous of other spectators & clear the immediate court area when your child’s team is not playing.
-Food/Concessions rules are posted at the bottom of this page
-The tournament will take place on one day for each division, Saturday April 9.
TEAMS WILL BE GUARANTEED 8 SETS. Format Varies based on division size.
–NO SIDE SWITCHING AND NO HAND SHAKES.
Chairs, door handles, and balls will be cleaned between waves.
Rosters will be handed out at the Coaches Meeting to ensure a team’s attendance. These should be signed & turned in to Site Director or gate person.
Every Coach should check in. We encourage teams to be ON-SITE for the first match of your wave due to morning of tournament changes that can happen.
Pools & Brackets will be placed in the lobby areas of each facility. These will be updated by the site director. Coaches & spectators should not write on these.

**BY PARTICIPATING IN THE TOURNAMENT/ENTERING THE DOORS OF THESE FACILITIES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE RULES ON THIS PAGE, AS WELL AS THOSE IN THE USA VOLLEYBALL AND SOUTHERN REGION HANDBOOKS. INABILITY TO ADHERE TO THE RULES CAN RESULT IN YOU BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE TOURNAMENT (NO WARNINGS), WITH NO REFUND**
RULES FOR EVERY SITE:
Water/Gatorade only in the gym for players (no other food/drink in the gym)
Teams should be respectful of the facilities and clean up after themselves
MOODY HS, MS & JH: 714 & 697 High School Dr, Moody, AL 35004 (same campus. 2 cts at HS, 1 ct. at MS, 1 ct. at JH)
~Directions~ when you turn onto campus, the High School will be to the LEFT. The MS & JH will be to the right. The middle school will be the first building you come to. The JH will be closer to the HS. There is not a “through” street/lot between the high school and JH/MS lots.
Tables can be set up in the foyer but 1) bring your own SMALL table (ONE PER TEAM). Area will be shared by all. Please clean up after yourself. Tents/tables may be set up outside also if the weather is nice. Concessions offered at Moody HS only.
Bleacher seating is provided, NO CHAIRS are allowed to be brought in.
parking is ample at the HS, MS, & JH and it is free.
BVC FACILITY 101 Cahaba Valley Pkwy WEST, Pelham, AL 35124
We will be able to allow food in the BVC Center–but ONLY in the Arena. The “arena” is an area just outside the courts that will have assigned team tables set up. Tables will be monitored for cleanliness throughout the day.
NO FOOD OR DRINKS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE COURTS (except player water bottles). This will be strictly enforced–so not even your morning coffee or snacks will be allowed.
Teams will have access to a lobby area with tables & chairs that is separate from the courts. We ask the “off” teams to vacate the court area and are welcome to stay in the lobby area.
You are also welcome to set up a tent/table/food area in any of our GRASS that is on the BVC property. We ask you clean up after yourself.
Folding chairs & benches are provided, NO CHAIRS are allowed to be brought in.
PARKING: All parking is free. Our facility has approximately 60 spots. Our neighboring businesses are graciously allowing us to also utilize their lots as overflow. The business names on the buildings are:
WorkSpace (201 Cahaba Valley Pkwy, Pelham) which is to our South.
Certified Mailing Solutions (100 Cahaba Valley Pkwy W, Pelham) which is to our North.
*additionally we are right next door to Walmart which can provide some overflow parking. It is also very convenient to walk over there to get food/snacks.

|Teams will have access to the lunchroom. No need to bring your own table. Please clean up after yourself and leave your area tidy.|
|There is a ton of parking so if you’re going to set up a tent, please use the further spots & leave the close ones for cars to park|
