Tryouts for the 2010 club season have ended.
BVC Tryout Results
Please use your Tryout # to see which team you have been given a position on. Also, you can view the coaches of each team by clicking on the “coaches” link on the left to get a brief bio. on them. Coaches will be calling their teams over the weekend to answer any questions that you might have. Please use this time to ask questions regarding the team, etc. instead of emailing BVC. If they cannot answer all of your questions, they will relay them to the administration and we can get the info. out to you. PLEASE REMEMBER *Teams are tentative and subject to change until we receive all confirmations from players accepting their position*

Once you have made a decision, whether you accept or decline the position, you will need to send an email stating so to your coach (they will give you their email address when they call). WE MUST RECEIVE THIS IN WRITING NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 10th; if we do not receive communication from you by the deadline, you will forfeit your $50 deposit and potentially your spot on the team. If you accept your position by the deadline, and then change your mind, you forfeit your $50 deposit.
ALTERNATES: If the word alternate is listed next to your tryout # then it means we were not able to offer you a position on a team after the initial evaluations. If players decline their position, we may potentially offer those to alternates. ALTERNATES ARE NOT LISTED IN ANY PARTICULAR ORDER!! Which alternates are offered spots will be depending on the team, the position needed, and if there are already 3 players from a certain school on the team. This will take place after November 10, and you are not obligated to accept the position if offered. Additionally, if you are listed as an alternate, you do not need to email an “acceptance” or “decline” at this time.
TEAM SELECTION
Tryouts are always a very fun and exciting time for BVC and it’s staff, at the same time they are a lot of work and hard decisions have to be made each year. We put a lot of time, effort, and resources in to making sure the groups and players are evaluated as fairly as possible. Obviously, our opinions on which players to place on which teams will not always be shared by every player/parent who tries out for the club. However, decisions are final on the teams. The only reason teams may change would be due to needing to offer a position to an alternate, etc. These decisions are final as well. While we would love to give feedback to each and every player, it is simply not possible with the amount of players that we evaluate each year. We thank you for your support and understanding! If your child is not selected for a BVC team and we can do anything to help you find a place to play, we will be happy to.
